How to Order: Unfortunately at this time, I do not have a shopping cart. You will need to write down the items you want on paper, then use the order form to place your order.

Order Process: Once I receive your order, I will send you a paypal "Invoice Request for Payment". This will come to you via email from Paypal. Your payment will be made to Shirley Kosuda and will show as the same on your bank or credit card statement. If you will be paying by money order, I will email you an invoice along with the address to send your payment.

Shipping: For regular orders I will ship your order within two business days of receiving full payment.

Orders under $30 are shipped by USPS First Class (3-7 days delivery). All others are shipped by USPS Priority (2-3 days delivery).

Returns: Of course I hope you'll love your earrings, but I know it's difficult to tell exactly what the earrings are like when you can't actually touch them before ordering. If you don't like the earrings, you may return them within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or full refund, as long as you return them in their original, undamaged condition. You will need to make sure they arrive safely back to me in order to receive your refund, so please package them securely, insure the package if you wish. If it is NOT returned in undamaged condition, I cannot guarantee a refund. In any case, please email me ahead of time to confirm the arrangements.

If you accidentally damage or break your earrings, I will repair them for you if you return them with all the beads and components for a small fee. Contact me to make arrangements. You will be responsible for postage in both directions.

Privacy Policy: I will never sell, rent or give away any of your personal information for any reason, period. I do not collect or save your financial information after you have made a purchase.
